Nice addition to @levelsio workflow with remote server running Claude code.
1. Ask it to help you with creating a telegram bot
2. In global say that it can notify you about any urgent matters using the “notify_human” command.
3. Ask it to create a scheduled job that reviews your server logs, or does whatever you want.
4. Get pinged in Telegram when machine needs you.

What's interesting is I'm now hearing two things at the same time:
- my employee friends complain how hard it is to find a job these days
- my founder friends complain how low the quality of workers is these days

I've worked with more than 50 freelancers, it's amazing how low the bar is.
And I'm not even talking about technical skills.
Do those easy things and I'll guarantee you'll be in the top 5%:

‧ deliver on time
‧ notify when having delay
‧ communicate clearly what you can and can't do : top 0.1%
On the other hand, I’ve never once tried to negotiate rates with someone who does all of the above.

I hate ChatGPT 5, it's so bad, it's so lazy and it won't let me switch back to 4o cause I'm on Plus, this might really make me switch to Anthropic's app now, I'm actually annoyed by how bad it is, it's making my productivity go 10x lower cause nothing it says works

I really really like @jandotai
It's a very friendly app to locally run LLMs, great for privacy
I've tried others like LM Studio and Ollama and they're nice but very engineer-built, a bit too difficult for me
Jan is simple and cute and pretty and a great alternative to talk to without sending your data (and secrets ;)) to big AI providers
You can even run remote provider models too via API, if you do want that!
Also they're very responsive to feedback and always improving the app
I think there is space for both locally run LLM apps and cloud LLM apps, locally run makes sense if you wanna talk about very private stuff, therapy etc. It's really important people can have that without fearing your data might leak in the future

Like I know that's acceptable in some cultures, it definitely isn't acceptable in my culture (Dutch), nor is it acceptable to me as a person
You should be leaving your parent's house at 18 and become independent, spread your wings and fly
You'll never learn about the real world if you get pampered by mom and dad with free rent and free food
So the reason you're not successful is, is maybe this, there's absolutely no incentive for you to become succesful, there's no urgency, you're just satisfied being complacent living in your parent's house
Get out and spread your wings IMHO
