if you think @eladgil is throwing darts and yolo'ing checks out then a) you've clearly never spent time with Elad and b) you're clearly ngmi Elad had an illustrious career as repeat founder, CEO, corpdev acquirer/integrator... He's seen more pitches and worked with more executive teams than like 99% of the venture community 20 something years of doing that will give you models and intuition for founders and teams in a way that no book or podcast can (and yes Elad's a friend, a mentor, a mensch, and significant Anduril investor!)
