Ruwweg: Als tarieven 0,8% van het BBP verhogen, zou de productie 4% lager moeten zijn om dit te compenseren (omdat 20% belastingtarief * 4% productie = 0,8%). Dat is 10 keer de meeste schattingen van productieverlies.
